Spiritual Cleansing

Regular spiritual cleansing is a crucial practice as we are constantly picking up negative energy from our surroundings, whether it's from stressful environments, interactions with negative individuals, or exposure to toxic situations. This accumulated negativity can profoundly affect our energy field or aura, leading to feelings of heaviness, fatigue, anxiety, and even physical illness. Moreover, being subject to negative energy can make us susceptible to curses and malicious influences, further compromising our well-being. Methods such as salt baths, smudging, crystal healing, and other cleansing practices help to remove these negative influences, restoring balance and harmony to our energetic state. By regularly incorporating these cleansing rituals, we maintain a positive, protected, and vibrant aura, ensuring that we remain energetically healthy and resilient in the face of life's challenges.


In occult study, there are numerous methods to cleanse the body of negative energy. Here are some widely practiced techniques:


1. Salt Baths

Taking a bath with sea salt or Epsom salts is a popular method for cleansing negative energy. Add a cup of salt to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes, visualizing the negative energy being absorbed by the salt and washed away.


2. Smudging

Burning sage, palo santo, or other cleansing herbs and wafting the smoke over your body can clear away negative energy. Focus on areas that feel heavy or blocked, and visualize the smoke carrying away the negativity.


3. Crystal Healing
