Jurisdiction & Governing Laws: This agreement is governed by private religious contract law. Any disputes fall under the private jurisdiction of Purgatory Apotheca PRA, not public courts.

Agreement Upon Subscription & Booking

By subscribing and booking, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
You voluntarily become a private VIP member of Purgatory Apotheca PRA.
You waive any public legal claims and acknowledge that all services are religious in nature.
You must remain subscribed and follow our Instagram @purgatoryapotheca_com (and other required social media platforms) to maintain VIP status.

Purgatory Apotheca reserves the right to revoke membership at any time based on violation of membership terms, inactivity, or at our discretion.
