Important to remember on Product Orders:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped

  • We do not accept returned goods – all sales are final

 

Important to remember on Services Purchased:

  • Once you have purchased your service, there is NO refund if you change your mind.

  • After you book a service, information is AUTOMATICALLY provided on what you are to do next. You are to proceed to one of our payment processors and finally email us with full names and dates of birth for client and / or target(s). and any pertinent information about your requested service. You don’t need to wait for our confirmation email before you send in this information.

  • If you dispute having the service with your credit card company in order to receive a refund, we will provide the credit card company the emails and personal information you gave us.

  • With consultations and readings, if you cannot make the time we have scheduled, you must email us  at least 2 hours before your scheduled  time to cancel. We understand life has unforeseen circumstances. If you do not attend your appointment, you service will be completed via email and sent to you as service completed. Our time is valuable and you will need to respect that..

 

Shipping

  • We do our very best to get your orders out within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery times can very from 4 days up to 8 days depending on where you live in the USA.

  • Once the package leaves our door we cannot control the way in which postal services control your package.

  • If you have a note written on your order we will do our best to write it on the box, but as we don’t personally deliver the package, we cannot control if this message is read. So be aware of this because we do not take responsibility for what the Postman reads or doesn’t read.

  • Delivery times may be longer during the holiday season. Natural disasters will also affect delivery times and this is outside of our control as well.

  • We do charge extra for shipping.

 

FREE Shipping

We do offer free shipping over $100 spent. This is limited to the USA only, and does not include the states of Hawaii or Alaska, which has expensive shipping. We reserve the right to refund you or share with you the shipping cost involved with sending products to you in the states of Hawaii or Alaska.

Unfortunately, as we do keep shipping expenses to the exact cost charged to us, we cannot pay for shipping internationally, and you can appreciate the reason for this. Our aim is to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone.

 

Tracking Numbers:

  • Items coming out shop will have a tracking number that is sent to you before shipping.

  • Items coming from our shop, do not come with an automatic tracking number, but you are more than welcome to ask, and we will give it to you once the goods are packaged and sent. This won’t happen at the exact moment you order the stock because the goods haven’t been packaged at that time and must be weighed.

 

Wrong Address:

Errors happen in all areas of the shipping process from time to time. This is frustrating, especially when the postal service makes a mistake. it can sometimes take a while to correct.

You are advised to use the tracking number  we have provided to you to see where your package is going. If the package says it is delivered and you didn't receive it, there is nothing more we can do about it and you will need to investigate delivery on your end. We do have all packages insured by the USPS so you will have to file a claim with them.

Remember our responsibility ends once the package leaves our hands and enters the hands of the postal service.

If you give us the wrong address, and the package is returned to us, we are happy to resend this package to you, however, you will need to re-pay new postage.

If the package goes missing completely, and the tracking indicates it was delivered, you will need to begin filing a claim with USPS and wait to hear back from them before proceeding in repurchasing you items.

International shipping:

You are obligated in understand what is legal to come into your country or not. If products get stopped at customs, and they destroy the products, we will not pay or refund or resend these products to you.

Some countries are notorious for rejecting occult goods. They are known to smash goods and return it if they believe it to be black magick. 

 

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere on the globe providing you know the customs laws and pay for your own shipping costs.

What about import duty and VAT?

International customers, please check your local laws regarding VAT and import duties. You are responsible for any fees or taxes assessed by Customs on items purchased from our store. Packages will be marked with a fair approximate value of the goods enclosed. We comply with international shipping regulations and will not mark parcels as “gift” to avoid Customs duties.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

For orders shipping within the state of Washington, we must collect a 6.5% sales tax. (Not in Washington? We do not currently collect sales tax on out-of-state orders. However, this may change in the coming months due to a recent US Supreme Court ruling.)

 

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept most major credit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • CashApp

  • Venmo

 

Sorry, we are currently unable to accept phone orders.

 

How do you protect my info?

Payment info is collected via an industry-leading secure server. Additionally, most credit cards (and PayPal) offer protection against unauthorized charges. We do NOT retain your credit card number or security code when you complete a payment.

 

Your email address, if provided at checkout, is used only to contact you about your order.

 

Subscribers to our email newsletter will receive fewer than one message per month, and we will never sell, trade, or share your info.

 

Can you ship discreetly?

You may not want everyone to know your magickal business, and we understand.

  • Packages come in a plain box.

  • The packaging label will only say “PA” per customer request.

 

International buyers:

We must disclose the contents of the package on the Customs declaration form. For this reason, we cannot guarantee discreet shipping on international orders, but we do our best.

 

Do you offer returns?

If you receive the wrong item(s) or something that is broken or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or return. Please help us by taking a photo of the item as well. Customer is responsible for return postage.

No refunds! 

Sorry, we cannot offer returns used for magic or ritual.

 

My order is a gift.

No problem! Just add a note at checkout, and we’ll leave out the pricing info. We can also include a gift message for the recipient, free of charge.

We will ship to the address you provide, even if it’s different from your billing address.
