Welcome to the Private Services page of Purgatory Apotheca, where you will find a wide range of esoteric religious services available exclusively to VIP Members of our Private Religious Association (PRA). These services include, but are not limited to: divination, occult rites and rituals, occult education, and we also offer artifacts and other ritual tools (see The Black Vault).

Important Notice Before Booking

Consultation Required:
Before booking any ritual or occult service, it is mandatory that you are a member. Once you are a VIP Member, you may contact us to ensure you select the most appropriate service for your unique situation. Many cases are complex and require personalized approaches. During a consultation, we will provide guidance on the most suitable ritual or practice and advise you on the services tailored to your needs.

Cooperation and Communication:
To ensure that your ritual work is effective, active participation and cooperation are necessary. If you fail to engage in the process after booking or become unresponsive, it can hinder or delay the completion of your work. By booking, you acknowledge the necessity of proactive and engaged communication. We work best when we have consistent communication and collaboration throughout the process.

Your role is to trust in the process and maintain positivity. Communication is important, but please refrain from excessive inquiries. We are here to work with you as a team to achieve your goals.

Service Booking Policies
        •       Eligibility & Age Requirements:
To book a service, you must be a VIP Member of Purgatory Apotheca PRA. Membership is not open to the general public. You must also be 18 years or older to book any services. By booking, you confirm your age.
        •       No Immediate Availability Guarantee:
Please note that we receive a high volume of clients, and as such, we cannot always accommodate immediate bookings. There may be a waiting period depending on the availability of our practitioners. Be sure to leave your accurate contact information so we can reach out to you.
        •       Right to Refuse Service:
Purgatory Apotheca reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, at our discretion, in alignment with the guidelines of our Private Religious Association (PRA).

Privacy & Confidentiality

Privacy Assurance:
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients within the bounds of our Private Religious Association (PRA). Given the high volume of services, we may issue internal member updates for ritual completion, including announcements on Instagram or similar Private Membership Channels. These updates will include only first names, initials, or pseudonyms as part of our private membership system. These are internal communications and are not made publicly available.

It is the member’s responsibility to monitor these private updates. Once a ritual is complete, the member will need to contact us directly within one week to claim their digital copy, ritual photos. After this period, photos will be securely disposed of to protect your privacy.

Anonymity Requests:
If you prefer to remain completely anonymous in our internal updates (using no first name at all), you may request to use a pseudonym or initials for the internal system. Your real name will still be required for the ritual work itself during the booking process. By booking, you agree to these terms regarding privacy and confidentiality within our Private Religious Association.

Payment Details

Booking and Payment Process:
All payments must be processed directly through our website via PayPal. Your PayPal name must match the name provided at booking, and you must have a verified PayPal account. If the names do not match, your service will be canceled.
        •       No E-Checks for Urgent Services:
Please refrain from using e-checks for urgent ritual services, as e-checks are held for up to one week by PayPal. This delay will prevent us from offering you a timely service. If you choose to pay by e-check, your booking will be delayed.
        •       No Refunds Policy:
All transactions are final. Refunds are not available, except in cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances, which must be communicated in writing within 24 hours of booking. In such cases, we may offer credit towards a future service.

Additional Terms & Conditions
        •      You MUST be a member! No excuses!
        •       Consultation Requirement for Services:
All clients will be required to undergo a consultation and divination session before any specific services can be recommended. The exception is for straightforward ritual types such as baneful ritual, road openers, and prosperity rituals. If your case requires a reading, you must book it without exception.
        •       Behavior and Respect:
Any rude or disrespectful behavior will result in an immediate cancellation of service, with no refund and removal of membership! Please be respectful, as the time spent on your service is valuable.

Love Practice Policy

All love rituals must first be preceded by a divination session to guide us in selecting the most appropriate approach for your situation. You may not use an outside reader—readings must be booked through Cythyyon, our head diviner, via email at cythyyon@gmail.com or on Instagram @cythyonstarot.

Final Notes

By booking a service, you agree to all the terms outlined above, and confirm that you are a member of Purgatory Apotheca PRA. You waive any rights to public legal claims and acknowledge that our services are religious in nature, governed by the private laws of our association.
