This page is where you will come to find all of our services which includes but are not limited to: Divination, poppets services, (which can be incorporated into any spellwork) curse work, defensive work and much more.

Before you just book a spell, contact us to make sure it is the right spell for your situation. Some cases if not most, are complex and have to be tailored specifically to each situation. We will advise you on how that can be done and what services we recommend providing you first book a consultation. Be advised, you must be available and cooperative  in order for your work to be carried out properly. If you pay for a service and then walk away, with no further communication, don't come back months later complaining, because YOU failed to be proactive with your practitioner.

Also worth noting, if we cast for you, do not contact us constantly with negativity. Magick is energy and easily manipulated so keep a positive mindset and focus on other things. We cast for you and you go on with life with a positive outlook standing firmly in belief of the best possible outcome. If you dwell on spell timing and progress, you interfere with the magick thus making our jobs much harder and risking your success. Your job is positivity and belief. Communication with us is key but do not bombard us with complaints! We are here to work with you as a team to help you achieve a goal. We are not a complaints department.

-Do no book a service with us if you are a Christian! Plain and simple. I will not work with that kind of interference.

-Do not book a service with us if you are not an adult. You must be 18 years and older (preferably much older) to book a service

-Do not book a service with us and expect us to drop everything to take care of you first! There are many other clients ahead of you so please bear with us and wait for us to contact you. Be sure to leave us your info so that we can do that.

-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our work is solid and one of a kind. We do not copy or steal others work and ask that you don't steal ours. Every client WILL receive private ritual photos of your completed services (not guaranteed on group specials). Do not share these photos or any other property or services (including conversations) with others as this is a breach or our privacy policy. 

-Do not ask what our success rate is. We do not have any such rating system. We are based strictly on client referral and testimonials which we share on our "Testimonials" page and on Instagram.

-Do not ask us for timelines on when spell work takes effect! There is no possible way for us to know this. We are not psychics; we are spell casters. We encourage you to seek out a divinatory service should you have questions pertaining to psychic fortune telling. 

We do not offer Tarot and Oracle reading via outside source referral. You are advised to use our house oracle. You may email cythyyon@gmail.com for a reading

-Do not book a service if you do not follow us on Instagram as that is where we post all important updates as soon as they arise. 

 

We protect all client's privacy but due to a large clientele base it is very hard for us to keep up with everyone. When your spell work is complete, we put a first name only announcement out on Instagram to let you know that your spell photos will be available to you upon private message. This means you must be paying attention to what we post on Instagram when you're expecting services. Once you see the announcement, it will be up to you to message us for all private photos of your spell work. You will have 1 week to do this!!! If photos are not claimed within 1 week they will be disposed of. 

 

*IMPORTANT BOOKING DETAILS!!!*

If you do not want a first name shown publicly, you will be required to state such during booking in the message section, where all relevant information goes such as all target's names and dates of birth. If you want to use a fake name, you will be required to pick that name and keep track of it. You will still need to provide your real name for spell work but stating, "you wish to remain anonymous to the public" and then provide a fake name. By booking you are agreeing to all of our rules and regulations.

PAYMENT:

All payments must be done through the website booking. We are partnered with PayPal. Your booking name must match the name on your PayPal statement and be a VERIFIED account. If it doesn't, your services will be canceled, and you will no longer be eligible to book a session with us or worse!

Please book and pay directly through the website which is connected to Paypal. You will need to have a verified account and your booking name must match your paypal account name.

DO NOT PAY WITH AN E-CHECK IF YOU NEED A READING RIGHT AWAY!!! E-check is held for a full week by Paypal meaning, we won't get paid and therefore cannot give you a service until Paypal releases payment to us. If you must use E-check, you will be scheduled out until one week's time or when Paypal releases funding. There are no refunds so please be aware of these important details before you book!

Consult Clients:

Please patiently await a response from us upon booking as we are very busy and trying to get to everyone equally. 

Someone WILL contact you with information. All consultation will be held via text. There is a very high client volume for our services so please be patient until we respond!

All Services:

In order to book properly, you should have already spoken to us regarding availability. You may choose any date but that does not mean you will get that date. Services dates are rendered depending on many things, that is why it is important to touch base with us before booking. If you have already booked, please be patient as we make our way to you to schedule you a date for your casting.  We reserve the right to a 1–6-week grace period from the time of your scheduled date to finish all spell work. Some spells take weeks to even months to complete depending on how complex so patient be! We will let you know via Instagram when to reach out to collect your spell work photos.

ALL CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION AND TAROT READING BEFORE YOU CAN BE RECOMMENED SERVICES. THE EXCEPTION WOULD BE FOR STRAIGHT FORWARD SPELLS LIKE CURSES, ROAD OPENERS MONEY, ECT. IF WE TELL YOU THAT YOUR CASE NEEDS A READING, YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK A READING, NO EXCUSES!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS PERIOD. WE WILL CONSIDER THE EXCEPTION IF CLIENT HAS AN UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE THAT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM CONTINUING SERVICES BUT CLIENT MUST PUT THIS IN WRITING AND IT MUST BE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS POST BOOKING. WE ALSO OFFER CREDIT TOWARDS A REPLACEMENT SERVICE AT A LATER DATE BUT THIS MUST ALSO BE PUT IN WRITING.

LOVE WORK:

All love work must first have a reading performed! This an important step we take for guidance into choosing the best plan of action appropriate for you and your situation.
